Why is drinking water so important in losing weight?

I had read that our bodies are made up of 55-75% water. At my age, I can’t believe all the things I’m learning in all areas of my life on here. The computer is such a great tool. Ok Ok..I need to quit rambling and reread why it is so important to drink water for weight loss.

I was reading Calories Per Hour. They have a great section covering the importance of drinking water.
