I’m on my way out the door to the hospital to see mom. They took more blood yesterday. I don’t know what they are testing for. Today she is going to have an upper and lower GI. I sure hope something comes of these tests. She still has that awful pain in her side.

I was so exhausted when I got home last night. I fell asleep on the couch. Inevitably, the phone had to ring. I was sleeping so sound, the answering machine woke me up. Of course, they didn’t leave a message. I don’t know why people do that. I thought about getting that caller ID added to my phone. If the thing could say DONATION CALL, I’d get it. Those calls have been excessive lately. I even signed up for that no call online. Obviously, there are just too many so called charities out there.

There are probably as many money making schemes in that field as there are in weight loss. I’m waiting for the call from a weight loss charity……that would give me a good laugh.

Off I go….with my green tea in hand.
