What Body Type Are You?

I didnt’ realize there were names for body types. I always think in terms of short, tall, thin or fat. That’s sure not scientific. It was interesting to read at weightlossforall and article on the various body types. They are:

    1. mesomorph
    2. ectomorph
    3. endomorph

What I found interesting, was depending on your body type, different programs should be used to lose weight.
Sad to say, I’m an endomorph. This means, I store fat easily. It also states that there is more fat around the internal organs making it harder to lose weight. Weight loss is a constant struggle.

I’ve printed out all the things I should be doing. It always makes it easier seeing things in black and white.
