Weight Loss Wish

I wish I may
I wish I might
Have the wish
I wish tonight.
Continued motivation on this weight loss venture in which I’ve embarked. I keep telling myself, you didn’t put it all on in one day, so it’s not going to come off in one day either. I feel good I haven’t gained any weight since I quit smoking. I’ve actually lost.

I got a new scale for Christmas. My son also told me he has gotten me a pedometer….I’m set to go. I’ll be interested to see how many steps I actually walk around the house. I remember that one article I read said the average was between 600 and 3000 and that the goal should be 10,000.

Time to fix myself a glass of ice tea. I’m hoping all had a wonderful day with friends and family.
