Weight Loss Tips! What is the best way to lose fat?

I was reading an interesting article written by Justin Leonard over at Health Recipes. He states the first and best way to burn fat is to modify your current diet. Three simple ways to can begin to modify are:

  1. reduce calories
  2. reduce sodium
  3. reduce fat

Excess sodium along with fat can cause water retention. But what causes these unwanted gains in weight and body fat? He lists three possible reasons:

  1. late night eating (that’s me)
  2. exceeding your normal caloric intake
  3. lack of exercise and physical activity

He lists ways in which to increase a person’s metabolism. This inturn will cause weight loss as well as fat loss. It’s a great article.
