Weight loss pills…do they work?
I’ve been reading about various weight loss supplements. I’ve tried many of them over the years with little success. In fact, I remember one time a doctor giving me an article to read on a test done on rats taking diet pills…..they got fatter when they quit. That was about 25 years ago….but I still remember it. I realize now I had no chance losing back then…..I had both my pockets filled with silver dollars when I got on the scale…..I told myself that way next time I came back, I would weigh in at less. That definitely was a recipe for failure.
This time I am trying to changing my eating habits and am exercising. Perhaps I’ll try pills next. I wanted to share this article that talks about healthy eating, exercise and diet pills. It does sound promising to me.
Wishing all a Happy Thanksgiving.

Noooooooooo!!! Don’t do it! When I went away to college I got very depressed and took Metabolife, it worked and I kept weight off for about 2-3 years but when I gained weight back, it was like an unstoppable freight train and nothing I can seem to do keeps it off. I gained back more than I had when I started and now I eat better and excercise which I didn’t before. But the real scare was when I tried Zantrex 3 a month or so ago. I just took two, following the instructions to a T. I was having my “salad” at a restaurant with my friend and I thought I was having a heart attack. I seriously considered going to the hospital. It finally passed, the horrible pounding in my chest, the sweating, the shaking, and the nerves, but I was left with the worst headache of my life that lasted 9 hours and a gut wrenching nauseau that lasted for days. You know what you need to do to lose weight and you’re doing great, don’t resort to pills!
