Weight loss Methods and Strategies That Work

I am reading a website called The Diet Channel. It is loaded with all types of diet information. The section I’m concentrating on right now is the weight loss methods and strategies that work. They offer a free 8 week on-line self-study weight loss program. Each week is broken down with information and activities.

I’ve always believed that no one diet works for everyone…that’s why there are so many out there. The Diet Channel offers a multitude of weight loss programs to choose from. For me, it is a combination of various weight loss programs that work for me.

I’m going to finish my green tea and head off to the gym. I’m planning on working with the weight machines today as well as the cardio machines. I guess I never realized how important it is to build muscle. It just makes me realize what a novice I am at permanent weight loss.

Off I go…..water in hand.
