		<description>I agree that weight loss is a &#039;calories in&#039; and &#039;calories out&#039; equation.  I do think it&#039;s important to note, however, that a 1,500 calorie diet of veggies, fruits, whole grains and lean proteins is much healthier than a 1,500 calorie diet of Twinkies and cupcakes.  Both could lead to weight loss, but our bodies definitely benefit from the nutritious diet.  Great blog... I love your advice!</description>
