Weight in day…still losing weight
I got on the scale this morning and low and behold, I lost 3 pounds this past week. I’ve gone to the gym faithfully 6 days this week, working out for a minimum of an hour and half. I find myself thinking before I eat. I ask myself, am I really hungry? (I so often just eat because something looks good or I like the taste) I still have my mints, but I have put them on the other side of the room, so I have to get off the couch to get any. That little walk makes me think, how bad do you really want them. So I’ve cut back on them.
I’m sure feeling good. It’s another cold day here…7F. I’m warming up the car before I take off for the gym.
