I don’t know what it is about the weekends…..but they are the worst for me. Junk food and snacks become by best friends. So, today, instead of eating a couple of candy bars for lunch, I ate a piece of watermelon. Actually surprising how good it was.

I’ve made myself up a big bowl of cut up cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, green peppers and celery. I used Wishbone fat free italian dressing. It has a great flavor. This is going to be my snack food this weekend.

I keep remembering reducing just 500 calories a day, equal a pound per week.
