Too Much Delay…

between these exercising posts. :(

It is hard to stay balanced and healthy when you have few people and absolutely no structure in your life.

When I was younger I did lots of speedy stuff and worked out a ton…thus could eat infinate food. Not so anymore.

My bed is a complete POS. And my lack of healthy living has given me a sore back.

Today I decided that I did not give a crap and I went to the YMCA to exercise. I took some diet pills (evil cafeen and ephedra) before I left. My back felt way better by the time I got there.

I probably played basketball for about an hour and did the stairstepper for about 10 minutes. I also have only ate a few bowls of cereal so far today. My back is starting to feel better.

What is weird is that I feel (and think I look) absolutely disgusting right now and earlier today (before I exercised) some girl whistled at me???

My roomie says girls are good motivation to work out. I am too lazy and deffensive for any type of relationship, but I need to exercise if I do not want to live in pain.

With that being said I think I am off to the YMCA again. They do not close for like another 2 hours. :)

Hello - just found your site today while looking for medical related blogs.

I encourage you to continue the exercising and diet. I was recently diagnosed with Type II Diabetes and have been doing a ton of reading.

Your “stay with itness” will not only make you feel better, but put you in better health.

I hate to exercise!!!! Everytime I get on my treadmill I say, “I will go 15 minutes,” then when I hit 15, I say, “Okay, 2 more minutes”, etc until I hit 30 minutes. I know this is important for my health and control of Diabetes, and wonder if I had done this all along instead of sitting in front of the tube eating bags of chips, if I could have prevented this disease. But alas, I don’t need to loose weight, but have to exercise to keep my Blood Sugars under control.

PLEASE continue, no matter how you hate it, to exercise and try and eat right. I don’t wish this disease on any one …. I want to see you Succeed!!
