Those Good Habits
I took my walk with the dog….maybe I should say she took me for a walk. I decided I need to buy a pedometer. I’l like to know how far I am walking. I know I should be picking up speed over time. Who knows…perhaps a 5/10K next year~~It’s good to set goals. I think that would be fun.
I am going to have to start checking into running shoes next. There sure is nothing worse than sore feet. I wore cheap deck tennis shoes today…..they sure aren’t proper foot wear!!
I did my marching in place for 10 minutes….geesh…that is harder than walking. I was out of breathe ….Im gonna have to try some different music later today for that. I bet I marched farther than I walked today.
