The No-Diet Diet
How would you like to surround yourself with all the junk food you love so much and still lose weight. The No-Diet Diet this the program that does just that. It is called intuitive eating. You eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. It sounds simple enough.
I’ve always had a problem with eating after 7 pm. I turn into a chow hound until bedtime. I’m doing better but it is such a struggle for me. I don’t think this type diet would work for me. It’s worth mentioning though….he lost over 50 pounds.
Brrrrr……..it’s only 5 F. I’m in the process of warming up my car before I head off to the gym. I’m going to finish my green tea and make a mad dash for the car.
