The Green Tea Diet

I drink green tea every morning. It has become a staple in my life. I’m wishing I could get rid of the bad habits as easily. I’m also hooked on spice drops. I started eating them when I was on a previous diet. They are a fat free food. I lost weight but I had the will power to limit my daily intake of them. This time…I have good days and bad days.
