I sure didn’t get much of a break cutting grass. I helped my husband Saturday with two lawns inbetween rain. Today we weren’t so lucky. We had finished two lawns and were working on the third when the skies opened up. Whoaaa….a torrential downpour. I didn’t know I could move that fast with a lawnmower. We were both soaked by the time we finished. It started lightening so the trimming didn’t get done.
I know I had to burn off extra calories during that little escapade. We both just laughed when we got back in the truck….looking like a couple of drown rats. I won the flip for the getting a shower first. Yeaaaaa
Tonight is my husband’s championship bowling playoff. Time to fix my hair and get ready so I can cheer him on.
Bet you burned a lot with the quick lawn-mowing.
I am planning to get some more of my cross country stepper into today.

Mom and I just got back from watching him bowl. I think I made him nervous so we left at the beginning of the second game. He was having a good time…that’s the bottom line anyway. I can’t wait to hear how those last two games went.
Those cross country ski machines really work out the back of the legs don’t they?

The machine is odd, it is a tony little stepper with polls. I really get a good workout with it.
