Restarting Diet / Weight Loss

My roommate decided that he wanted to lose weight before starting college this fall so we started eating healthy yesterday (which is still today since I am still awake). I only had 3 turkey & cheese sandwiches througout the day. Supper was corn on the cob, which is kinda hard core for me…but hey why not.

He tries to eat under 1,000 calories a day when he diets. If I try to eat that little I will probably eat my arm. I am still not sure if I am right or left handed so it will take a good thought process before I chose an arm… of course eating an arm will help me lose weight.

    Wow, that’s great..I tried it many times to reschedule or te restart diet, but it was not that easy for me…reading your post I too think that I can try one more time…Thanks for posting …I fill grateful I read this post.Thanks again

    1000 calories is too low..
    start a 1500 calorie diet
    your body won’t feel deprived at all
    b/c u eat 200 calories every 2 hours
    or u could eat 300 calories 5 times a day
    thats breakfast lunch dinner and 2 snacks
    i say do it like this
    breakfast
    snack
    lunch
    snack
    dinner
