Remembering my Omron Pedometer

It’s a beautiful day here today. The sun is shining and the temperature is about 60 degrees. I helped my husband cut a lawn today. Talk about some bad luck…the belt came off the riding lawn mower and for some reason…when I shut mine off…I couldn’t get it started again. At least we only live about 8 blocks from this customer. We went home and he fixed the belt and grabbed the other push mower. We went back and finished in nothing flat. It really wasn’t much of a work out for me though. I don’t think I cut grass for over a half hour. I keep forgetting to wear my pedometer. I’ve tried several kinds of pedometers and Omron is my favorite. It’s easy to use and read. It also has memory on it. I use to make challenges for myself when I used it. I’ve GOT to get back into the hanf of it again.

I’ve got to take mom shopping today. She has to take back a couple pair of shoes she bought last week. I found the same brand of shoes new on ebay for less.

I started my morning with a bowl of oatmeal and a glass of water. I even remembered to take my blood pressure medicine today. I think it’s been about a week since I’ve taken it. I hope I never need to take to take much medicine in my life….I just can’t seem to remember it.

It’s been quite awhile since I’ve gotten on the scale. I’m afraid instead of losing weight…I’ve gained. I retain water real bad when I don’t take my medication, so I figured if I take it every day for a week…I’ll weight myself.
