Proper sleep…it can also effect weight loss

I’m hoping I can fall asleep tonight. I was reading about the correlation between enough sleep and weight loss. It seems everything is interelated. It reminds me of that song when I was growing up:

  • The hip bone ’s connected to the knee bone
  • the knee bone ’s connected to the ankle bone
  • etc etc

Of course, like most things from the past, I only remember part of it.
