I am not certain which will be harder, losing 30 lbs. or promoting this site. The term “weight loss” gets about a million searches a month. There are tons of people out there trying to sell weight loss pills and making thousands of dollars a day doing it.
It will be no small feat to outrank all the people who want to sell you prescription weight loss drugs you usually do not even need. Google shows millions of pages in their index mentioning “weight loss.”
Seems like I am going to have the same problem, only be 3 1/2 years behind. I am just now starting my own weight loss blog (with the first post planned for today after work) and am looking for at least a little bit of recognition. You seem to have done well enough to make your way up to #2 on my Google search for “weight loss blog”, which is more than I’m hoping for.
I look forward to reading through your blog to track your success, both with the weight loss and with the blog.
