prevent muscle loss with weight resistance training

I do a variety of weights every other day at the gym. I have wondered if I would end up with arm muscles popping out of my blouse. This article on weight resistance states otherwise. I know I’d have a long way to go before that would happen but I do enjoy going to the gym and don’t plan on quitting when I reach my goal.

I’m drinking a cup of green tea before going to the gym. I’m presently drinking Crystal Light Sunrise Classic Orange at the gym. There are only 5 calories and zero carbs. It is quite refreshing. I never realized that Crystal Light was a Kraft product. Although new is not always better, I give this product a thumbs up.
