No Sugar Diet
So I normally eat way way way too much sugar.
I give my roommate shit for smoking, citing that it is a sign of mental weakness. That probably sounds arrogent or naive, but if you don’t enjoy something any longer and it costs money for nothing but a negative experience then why not stop?
I got thinking about it a bit, and I am way overweight. One of the largest contributors to that is eating a ton of sugar. Now I am not eating sweat and low or other fake sugars, I just decided to stop eating foods that were primarily composed of sugar.
About a week ago I stopped my chocolate / sugar binge and think I have already lost about 4 pounds in a week.
Eventually I will enjoy a candy bar again on occassion, but hopefully not until I weigh less than 200 pounds.

you should eat a lot of fruit then… to compensate.

I find I have to watch the fruit/fruit juices just as much as the “bad” sugar.

THis is my key to weight loss too! I too am a sugar addict!
