Launching this week, is a new website called Obesity Resource. The website answers questions and provides guidance to prospective bariatric surgery patients, as well as for those who have already undergone one of the types of weight-loss surgery.

It is seeking to create an online supportive online community. It will include message boards as well as recipe boards. It will offer links to various bariatric surgeons, dieticians specializing in obesity diet management, plastic surgeons, psychologists and sleep specialists.
