		<description>Cereal is my &quot;candy&quot; for dieting.  It&#039;s a relatively healthy and low cal thing I can eat when I&#039;m craving carbs/sweets.  My favorites are:&lt;br/&gt;    multi-grain cheerios&lt;br/&gt;    clifford crunch (by cascade farms)&lt;br/&gt;    shredded spoonfulls (by barbara&#039;s bakery)&lt;br/&gt;   peannut butter bumpers (by Mother&#039;s)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;All of these are in the neighborhood of 100 cal per cup and taste just a bit sweet.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;FWIW, this is my first post on your blog.  I&#039;ve been on a diet for 2+ years now and have dropped about 75lbs with about 60 more lbs to go.  Slow and steady wins the race.  Don&#039;t give up.</description>
