High blood pressure should be a concern of everyone. In fact, one out of two people over the age of 60 has high blood pressure. The Dash Diet has shown through studies it helps to lower blood pressure. Dash stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension.

I realize that high blood pressure is also hereditary and I’m not sure how this diet works with that. I am going to do some research on that subject. Gosh, I feel like I’m back in college.
