Lost My Appetite
I had some business to take care of in Joliet today and stopped at White Castle on the way out of town. I had proceeded into the restroom after one of the employees had exited. The sink was bone dry. It was quite obvious she didn’t was her hands. She walked back behind the counter in the food area.
I approached the young manager and asked if they didn’t have a store policy which required employees to wash their hands before returning to work after using the restroom. She just shrugged her shoulders.
Needless to say, I lost my appetite. I fired off an email to the company. It’s better they act on it, before someone becomes ill.

I’m so glad you did that.
I would have done the same.

Well done Chris. I had the same experience only last week where I saw the girl come out of the toilet and straight out the door. I followed her to the food establishment she was working in (I saw from her uniform that she worked there) and thank goodness I saw her washing her hands in a sink they had in the back area. I still think she should have washed her hands in the bathroom first though as she touched at least 3 doors on the way. Eeeeewww. I know where NOT to eat from now on.
Hope you are well

To be fair, Im a cook and i dont wash my hands until i re-enter the kitchen, I do have to touch one door, the gross toilet door before i get back in the kitchen so i do all my washing of hands with disinfectent galore there… i see no problem with that!

Had the girl done that, I wouldn’t have commented.
