Losing weight–maitaining weight=healthy heart
Did you know that more women over 50 die from cardiovascular disease and any 5 other diseases put together…including breast cancer. I was surprised to learn that.
The good news is, the American Heart Association says it can largely be prevented through healthy eating, and exercise. Other factors include, quit smoking, maintaining weight, and of course the ever important blood pressure.
It was interesting to read that men have more heart attacks, but more women die from them. This is just one more reason to stay on this weight loss journey.
