Today I started my Slim Fast diet. I had a chocolate shake for breakfast. It had a great taste and was quite filling. I’ve know, I have been fooling no one but myself when I hit the snacks at night. I am starting this life change with a renewed determination to lose this weight. Arpil is going to be the month for me to no long be a fool with my weight loss program.

For lunch, I had a can of vegetable soup which is only 120 calories. I started drinking water as soon as I get up. That is one thing that is important no matter what diet or life changing pattern a person incorporates in their life. It’s still the hardest thing for me to do. I keep a large bottle of water stationed everywhere I sit in the house…thinking the convenience will remind me to drink it.

Slim Fast has so much free information on their websites….tools, tips, and support. I need all the help I can get.
