Losing Weight, Burning Calories with Outside Work

The past two days I’ve got plenty of walking in. I’m learning it’s necessary to walk early in the morning. The temperature has been in the 80’s for the past week. It seemed to go from (mild winter) right into summer. I have a hard time drinking much plain water so I am back again to drinking my Lemon Propel. There are only 30 calories in a 23.7 ounce bottle. It’s interesting to know that an 8 ounce glass of milk has the same amount of calcium as a 700 ml bottle of Propel water.

I should get a good workout today. We are waiting for the concrete truck to get here. I get to help my husband with the extension we are adding to the existing patio. This extension is twice the size of the patio. I’m sure tomorrow I’m going to realize muscles I forgot I had. I enjoy the outdoors but rarely have workouts like this.

It’s getting to be grass cutting season again. Since we’ve moved, I’m not sure if my husband will get any lawn business down here. I hope he does, I love working outside. Pushing the lawnmower sure helped burn calories while building my leg muscles.

Yard work is the game……weight loss is my aim.

The concrete truck should be here any minute so better get the chicken breasts out of the freezer for supper.
