Losing one pound at a time
To motivate myself at the gym today, I just kept telling myself, you’re gonna lose weight one pound at a time. I had my Ipod playing, and humming along walking on the treadmill. I walked over 7 miles which equaled 900 calories. It took me two hours and 10 minutes to walk that far.
I noticed today, many only come to the gym to socialize. There is nothing wrong with that, of course, but some should be concentrating on burning calories. I saw today, they are offering a 7 day course, it will be covering motivation, nutrition, and proper weight loss. I’ll be sharing this class once it starts.
I’ve got to get on the scale this Tuesday, it will have been two weeks. After all the pie I ate the last two days, I’m afraid I may have gained. At least the pie is gone…one less temptation.
