Gym Day 2

I was procrastinating this morning…making excuses for myself why not to go excercise. It’s kind of funny now we can have two personalities at once. One side of me saying, “you know how good you felt after you went yesterday” and the other side says…”.there is always tomorrow…what’s one more day.”

I burned off 750 calories in 1 hour and 50 minutes. It took 11 minutes on the rowing machine to burn off 100 calories. I’m going to remember that, everytime I go to have my Oreo 100 calorie packs of thin crisps.

I’m off to fix myself a tall glass of ice water.
