Green Tea

So my roommate has been drinking lots of green tea for breakfast. I decided to give it a try and boy I really like it.

Sometimes I add a bit of honey to it too and it tastes awesome. Much less calories than many of my other snacks.

Caffeine is not good for you! Try drinking water from the fridge or with a cube of ice. Breakfast cereal for breakfast, lunch, proper ligh food for dinner and a tiny bowl of Breakfast cereal at night. Breakfast cereal being whole wheat low sugar type.

I can’t imagine life without caffeine - Coffe and Diet Coke are my Yin and Yang, my Cheech and Chong, my Britney and Madonna. But seriously, does it really make a big difference when it comes to weight loss?

Not for weight loss… just bad for your brain

green tea has like only 5 mg of caffine compared to coffee which has 100+ also coffee has been proven to help prevent parkinson disease

I’m going to do some research on the correlation between coffee and parkinson disease. I find that interesting.

Caffeine in green tea is very little compared to caffeine in coffee. Furthermore, caffeine in green tea doesnt raise the heartbeat like normal caffeine does. Thus drinking green tea for breakfast and throughout the day does no damage to anyone. Trust me, I am writing by experience. I’m only 5ft in height and weighed in at 56kgs just 2 months ago, Ive been drinking green tea for breakfast (beginning 830am to 1230pm - 2-3 teabags), then i have proper lunch (if possible opt for low fat meal), then 2pm onwards i drink mulberry tea or more green tea till 6pm. Around 7pm I have a light dinner and start drinking only plain water (reversed osmosis or distilled preferably) till i go to bed. Also try to find a good high potency green tea capsule/pill. In only 2 months, I’ve lost all the inches I’ve been wanting to lose. Don’t expect for your weight to drop drastically off the scales. Concentrate more on losing inches than kgs because kgs are affected by your water weight, how much faeces u carry in your intestines, etc. Also try to go on a colon cleansing programme, coupled with the green tea recipe aforementioned. Am sure you’ll be as fit as a fiddle in no time!

wow 56kg is a lot of weight to lose in 2 months. I had to check out the conversion rate to pounds. 123 pounds in two months doesn’t sound healthy to me. I hope you will be able to keep the weight off once you reach your goal.
