I planned on posting again last night..but as things usually go…I got engrossed in a book. (reading a good series by Tim Layne and Jerry Jenkins called “Left Behind”) I bought them from various people on ebay so they weren’t so expensive.

I found a great snack if you like ice cream, Health Smart by Blue Bunny. They have 70 calories per bar. I tried to copy the url to post here, but needless to say, it didnt work. They have a dollar off coupon on a quart of ice cream listed on their website. Only 70 calories per bar!!!
