If you can live with less meat in your life…flexitarianism could be the plan for you. This plan allows meat and fish a couple of times a week with the remainder being vegetable dishes.

This plan would not work for me. I have to cook for two other people in the house. I won’t cook separate meals for me/them. The older I get, the more I hate cooking. I never was a Betty Crocker/Susie homemaker type person.
