Fish diet linked to bright minds in old people

Since I am part of the baby boomer group, studies done concerning my group interest me. Who would have thought that eating fish once a week could improve your mental functioning. Acording to the story in the New Zealand Herald, eating fish once a week could improve your mental function by 3 years and eating it twice a week, 4 years.

I remember as a kid growing up, we usually always had fish every friday for supper. It was a religious thing if I remember correctly….giving up meat once a week. I think perhaps I should be eating fish twice a week….there is a lot of fog in this old memory of mine.
