Fad Diets…….Questions and Answers

I came across an interesting article on the internet. A dietitian answers many question in regards to various diets. I’m not really sure what a “Fad” diet is.

I found it interesting to learn that a person can only lose an maximum of half a pound of fat/muscle a day. Anything over that is just water weight. That gives me a good understanding as to why it takes sooooooo long to lose these unwanted pounds. It also explains weight gain when it seems I’ve been on track with my diet.

Life….just one long learning process….gotta love it.
