I just got back from the grocery store. I was waiting at a stop sign and looked over at dunkin donuts. Low and behold, there was a long line at a drive thru window. I was so surprised. I’m not sure when that started…but that just about takes the cake. It’s no wonder we just keep getting fatter and fatter….businesses just make it easier for us.

No wonder the weight loss industry keeps growing and growing each year….we do too as a society. It makes me wonder if these places have stock in the various diet enterprises available. It only makes sense, we get ‘em fat, you sell the idea of getting thin.

I had to get that off my chest…time to go have a cup of green tea and a bowl of oatmeal. I don’t care how convienent they make that stuff, I’m sticking to my weight loss program.
