Drinking Soda Makes You Fat (Excessive sugar calories)

I am hyper sensitive to caffiene. For that reason I rarely drink soda. I tend to drink a decent amount of juice though.

The biggest problem with drinking sugar filled liquids is that drinking callorie dense juice or soda does not alert us that we do not need to eat as much food.

  • Each soda normally has about 120 calories in it.
  • 1 soda a day = 3,600 calories a month.
  • 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat / month
  • 1 pound / month = 12 pounds / year

I drink lots of fluids and need to cut a bit of the juice out of my life. The trick for me is going to be more faithful use of THE CUP.

The Cup.

My water cup holds 64 ounces, which is one half gallon.

Roughly the size of one size thirteen foot.

The Foot.

If I am drinking lots of water then I am not drinking lots of high calorie sugar drink.

and yes, that TV is a ghetto symphonic. it is used primarily for RBI baseball.
