The Diet Bites Weight Loss Program is absolutely free. I have had a hard time limiting my intake of bread. They have a recipe for Hunza bread. It sounds good, but I’m just not much of a baker.
I found another website called Let Bread beat the bluge. This site gives 5 days of recipes to lose weight. I like the idea of being able to eat bread with each meal.
I know if I keep restricting myself from too many things, I’ll just give up. I’m still trying to teach myself MODERATION!!!
