The Diet and Exercise Companion

Losing weight isn’t easy. Anything that can analyze and show you what you need to do to reach your goals using your own specific program within your time frame…it’s a positive thing. The Diet and Exercise Companion does just that.

Once you input your personal information, the software of this program calculates your needed caloric intake. After doing that, you put in your specific diet, the time frame, and this program will calculate the rest for you. It will graph your weight on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis while tracking your nutrient intake.

It’s only $19.95. They also let you try the program. I read comments various participants left, all quite positive. Perhaps this program is a thumbs ^. I found this while looking for something else on here.

The weather is great here today…heading outside to wash the car windows. It’s sooooo nice to see the trees budding. I just love seeing nature coming to life.
