7 Smart Snacking Strategies

While I was reading WebMD, I came across “7 Smart Snacking Strategies.”

  1. Keep a snack diary
  2. Plan your snacks in advance
  3. Change your habits
  4. Indulge your sensations with healthy substitutes
  5. Include protein
  6. Try single-serving prepackaged snacks
  7. Allow small indulgences

I haven’t thought about keeping a separate snack diary but I think that is a good idea. I never plan my snacks either, that is going to be the next thing I do. Number 3 is just common sense. I think number 4 is what we all are learning to do. I already do 5 thru 7.

I’ll be starting tips one and two tomorrow. I’m hoping these tips help others too.
