5 critical points to losing weight

I was reading this article on the 5 critical points to losing weight. It makes sense. If he can lose 300 pounds with such an attitude, I should be able to lose 100. As I read the article, I said to myself, I’m doing that, I’m doing that…..I’m doing that.

I’m sitting here wondering, is the last 15 pounds going to be as hard to lose as the first 15? I’m hoping by then, I have become use to eating in a healthy way. I did eat my fresh red raspberries last night for a snack, but I also ate some Junior chocolate mints…ugh.

I’m finshing my green tea and then I’m off to the gym. I have to remember to take my Ipod. I forgot it the other day and had to turn around and come home to get it.
