My thought is if those things worked we wouldn't have any weight problems what so ever.
Sounds like a sauna belt and they only would remove water not fat

So true. But how we long to believe those adverts. And sometimes we get so desperate, we buy them against our better judgement, just to be disappointed again !
I think of all the books and gadgets I've bought in the past and shake my head....thinking......geesh......I knew better.
