Walking off the weight in the right shoes
I've had two great days in a row. 34,000 steps yesterday and 31,300 steps today. When I first started cutting lawns with my husband, I wore light weight canvas tennis shoes. I decided to try another shoe recently and I really notice a difference. My feet are not aching like they were. I have better support and notice I haven't been turning my ankle like I was doing in the other shoes. I'm now wear cobbie cuddlers. They are a leather shoe, with a great cushion for your foot and also light weight. They only cost about $20.00.
It looks like I'm basically walking the weight off this summer. It only makes sense to do it with decent shoes.
It was so so hot here today. We left the house at 7 am and didn't get home until 8:30 pm. My face still feels like it is on fire. I'd of thought by now, my skin would be use to the sun. I sure don't tan like my husband. I started out this season with skin like snow white.
Tomorrow I'm not cutting any grass. I plan on going fishing with my cousin. Should be interesting since I can't touch a worm or a fish. I'm glad he doesn't mind baiting my hook and taking my fish off. Fishing is one sport I know I'll never do alone. I'd have to fish with corn if I tried and then cut the line if I caught a fish. I love reeling them in.

I would love a shoe that massages the feet. I did quite a bit of walking, not as much as you probably did but a lot. My feet are killing me.
I hope you give these a try...I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I buy mine at KMart. Sometimes they have a sale where you can get the second pair half off. They are better than the $100 dollar shoes I use to buy when I carried mail.
