Snack Attack...Best and Worst Foods

Studies show that completely banning the foods you love actually causes you to eat more than if you allowed yourself to indulge on occassion. So eat your favorite foods in moderation, and grab healthy snacks like these, which fill you up with a minimum of calories.This will health your diet.
Best Foods to Grab
These foods keep energy levels steady.
1. Chunk light tuna salad (canned in water, blended with light mayonnaise) on
whole-wheat bread.
2. Low-sugar fudge bar.
3. Cup of broth-based or tomato-based soup.
4. Lowfat yogurt blended with a tablespoon of lowfat granola.
5. Lowfat canned or small fast-food chili.
6. Bean burrito with salsa.
7. Whole-grain cereal topped with fress fruit and lowfat milk.
8. Regular instant oatmeal prepared with lowfat milk and topped with 1/4 cup
dried fruit.

Worst Foods to Grab

These foods may boost your mood and your energy temporarily, but you'll soon come
crashing down.
1. Potato chips, tortilla chips or cheese puffs.
2. Fast-food french fries.
3. Candy bar.
4. Soda or slushy frozen beverage.
5. Snack cake.
6. Doughnut.
7. Ice cream.
8. High-fat popcorn with butter.

I know there are just too many of these things I like. I'm posting this on computer to remind me what and what NOT to eat. Losing weight is a priority!!!
