Diet Tea with Zero Calories

I found the Arizona Diet Green Tea with Ginseng at the store two days ago. It's got a great flavor and zero calories. Not to mention...inexpensive. I bought 48 cans so it should last me awhile. They are a little over 23 ounces per can.

We are temporarily caught up with cutting lawns. It's sure a good feeling. I've taken over the billing for my husband. His system is a hit and miss type of bookkeeping. Last week he lost a check from a customer. He was happy when I suggested I do the billing for him.

I haven't gotten on the scale in a couple of days, but alas...I weighed the same as I did on May 5th. I've been doing so much walking, I thought for sure I'd be down. I'll just keep plodding along. I am getting a good tan though....at least on my face, neck and arms.

Sometimes we have standstills but you’re doing lovely with the walking and mowing.
I don’t drink green tea. I like herbal tea but haven’t drunk that for long time.

Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat. With all the walking and heavy duty work you've been doing lately, I wouldn't be surprised if you lost fat, but gained some muscle. Perhaps you should measure yourself and on weeks like this, where you don't lose any weight, you can re-measure to see if you lost inches.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did measure myself sometime ago...I just have to find where I wrote it down. I'll write my measurements down and date it. I know I'll find my old measurements once I clean off this desk.
