Scan diet…..ever heard of it?
I was looking through the diet channel website. It is loaded with information. I like the fact it shows various diets…then makes recommendations. Anyway, I came across the Scan Diet.
This one was developed in Scandanavia. Although it doesn’t seem to sustain weight loss, it has proven to work for the obese.
It just proves the fact, we need to have life changes permanently. I need to throw out all the temptation foods I have sitting around here (spice drops, jr mints, tootsie rolls, and ho ho cupcakes).
I’m having a good day with my water and food intake so far today. It’s raining today, so I can’t take the dog for a walk. Hopefully it will clear up later this afternoon…then I’ll be out trucking along.
I got two new cd’s today..by Hillsongs. I love their music. I never got to go to their church when I was over in Sydney. My husbands driving in that town scared me to death. So I told him to forget looking for it. We were lucky we got to the Opera House. That was purely accidental we got there. If there ever is a next time…I’ll just take a cab. So far…in all my travels, Australia is number one for friendliness.
I’m going to go visit with my mom. I’ve company coming on Sunday for a Bible Study so I’m going to see what mom suggests for dinner. I love to cooking for company. It gives me a chance to decorate my table and try new foods.
Off I good….water in hand.

keeping weightloss seems to be harder than losing it
It has to be liveable.

Hey Chris. It’s great that you are reading and keeping yourself motivated. It is an important thing to do. Just make sure you don’t do what I did and spend years ‘reading’ about what I need to do instead of ‘doing’ what I needed to do.
You have all the tools inside you now. Burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight. Yep, eating the best calories you can will help you on your way but it is all about the numbers.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend planned

Chris I have been trying to find who sells the Scan Diet. I used it a few years ago after I had my first child and it worked wonders. Do you know where it is currently being sold?
