Weight Gain is not caused by Late Night Eating
I have always had a hard time with night eating. Since I’ve started documenting everything I consume, it has gotten better for me. I’ve always blamed my inability to lose weight to my night eating. I was surprised to read the results of a study done at Oregon Health and Science University.
Some of the preliminary data presented at the 2005 Society for Neuroscience Meeting shows that a person’s activity level was a better indicator of weight gain and weight loss. They stated, if a person is interesting in losing weight, a diet change alone may not be enough.
I’ve been losing weight ever so slowly. It is only through my change in diet and my workouts at the gym that are helping me accomplish this weight loss.
