Stalling my own weight loss

Some people say you should get on the scale, other say you shouldn’t. I’m just not sure. I get disgusted when I get on the scale and see I’ve stayed the same or gained. On the other hand, I get so thrilled when I see I’ve lost. The problem I have when I see I’ve lost, I think I can cheat.

I lost two pounds through my hard work last week. Here I sit this morning, I’m planning on skipping the gym. I’m telling myself, I’ll just eat less today. I know deep down, I won’t. I’ve got that little voice telling me to get off my butt. I’m just not budging…yet. Perhaps later. (Sighs)
