I decided today, to keep track of all the weight loss commercials I saw on tv. I’ve noticed the last few days an onslaught of these commercials. Everyone is trying to cash in on this booming market.

When I went to the Kroger grocery store today, they had the Sonoma diet book displayed near the check out counters…….40% off. I picked it up but set it back down without opening the cover. I just told myself……..NOT one more book!!! I was rather proud of my self-control. I do like the one picture on their website showing the curvy road with the beautiful blue ocean on the left. I’m just not sure what that picture has to do with weight loss. It must be those waves you tackle when you use this diet. hmmm……wonder if that is part of wave number one. I know, I know, I have a goofy sense of humor.
