Pledge Bank needs pledges/My Ipod as a weight loss tool

I accidentally stubbled upon this website called Pledge Bank. I found it interesting. Most of us would like to do something to help others but don't always know how to go about it. At this site, a person can create their own pledge and ask "X" amount of people to join. The other option is to join a pledge that already exists.

Although this site doesn't have anything to do with weight loss, I wanted to share it. I've decided to complete an organ donor card. I've talked about it, but have never gotten around to it. I'm going to the driver's facility to see what I have to do to complete it.

I wish I could give my extra weight to someone that was too thin. It's too bad it isn't that easy.

Well, I'm off to the gym with my Apple Ipod. I love my Ipod....I use an arm strap and listen to my favorite tunes.I only use my Ipod when I go to the gym. To me, it is another weight loss tool...along with my Omron Pedometer, Model HJ-112. I have decided to start tracking the calories I burn when I use it versus when I forget to take it with me.

They are both quite affordable. The Ipod ranges in prices from $99 to $399. The cheapest place I found for this model of Pedometer is Walmart...only $18.74.

Chris you should take a look at (it was on Diet Doctors last night). It uses a pedometer to track your activity levels, but the BIG difference is that it then uploads your activity data to a website which analyses how you're doing and then designs a whole fitness and nutrition plan for you week by week - it's got loads of other stuff too - they have a tour on their website.
